Great experience, as usual. The staff, from front desk to assistants, are absolutely top notch. Dr. Doppel is wonderful. Everyone is so kind and professional and I always feel like I’m the only patient in the practice, even though I’m not. I arrived early for my appointment and even got seated early! This was my appointment to check my retainers. I had recently had a crown placed by my general dentist and have been having issues with my bite adjustment due to the crown being high. Dr. Doppel really listened to my concerns. She did a minor bite adjustment which has already made it feel better and also gave me a printed list of how to handle TMJ discomfort and some physiotherapy exercises I can do at home to help. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I receive in this practice.

Dr. Doppel and the staff at Pacific Orthodontics are so welcoming and knowledgeable. They have all made a somewhat uncomfortable experience by nature almost fun. I always look forward to seeing the team when I go in for adjustments. On top of a fantastic team I am incredibly pleased with the progress my smile has had in such a short amount of time. Just in Seattle for a couple of days before an Alaskan cruise when my son lost a bracket on his braces. The remaining wire was poking his gum. We called many orthodontic offices and no one would see him, even though he was in discomfort. Pacific Orthodonics said come right in! They took care of the problem immediately. Such a nice office environment, and the staff was ultra friendly and caring. They saved our trip! I cannot recommend them enough. If you live in Seattle and need an Orthodontist, lucky you that you can use Pacific!
