Lindsey

Lindsey has been in the orthodontic field since 2001 after having attended the Academy of Orthodontic Assisting. She lives in Mountlake Terrace with her dog, Princess.

In her spare time, Lindsey likes to ski, travel, and spend time with family and friends at home and at Lake Chelan.

"The most fun part of my job is interacting with patients. Taking braces off is fun for me and for the patients. I love to see their gorgeous smiles and how happy they are."

Amanda

Amanda is the most recent addition to our team.  What does she like most about her new job? Well, of course, she likes you! She loves talking to the patients and helping then toward beautiful, healthy smiles. "I like seeing the drastic changes that occur," she says. "And how happy it makes the patient."  What does she like least? It's no surprise to learn that she dislikes loose brackets and broken appliances the most. "Anything that keeps the patient from finishing on time."

Amanda's plans for the future include finishing her Associate of Arts degree at Edmonds Community College and transferring to the University of Washington. Ideally, she says, (and gets little stars in her eyes when she says this) she would like to go to dental school.

We asked what she really likes to do and the first thing she said was "eat." Then she told us she likes to sing and would almost certainly be famous except for a severe case of stage fright.

Please join us in welcoming her. And, someday, if you run into a singing dentist, it may be our Amanda!
